Review Sennheiser 212 Pro

Key Features :
  • Powerful bass response
  • High attenuation of ambient noise
  • Ideal for DJs
  • Outstanding wearing comfort

Sennheiser 212 pro is a closedback semi-circum-aural headphone. It means that the ear-cup not fully cover your ear (for small ear, it's possible to cover). The body is so rigid and good looking. At first, after read many reviews from internet, i loved this. Many people said that bass-impact is very nice and that's good for a bass lover (because i'm also a bass lover). But, I tested it yesterday and feel different. The sound quality is so deep and cancel the outer noise. It must not be needed high volume to get good soundmusic. The bass is also so deep so I can clearly hear sound in low volume, so i tested at 70/100 (range volume of n82 as music player). At 70/100 i exactly get the feel of music and bass impact is so deep. The detail of music is standard for me and i also feel treble (especially for drum-set) is not crunchy. Many details of drum not heard so clear. The soundstage is wide. Vocal sound tends to low frequencies because of bass. 212pro also comfortable for using in long time. That's all. I suggest to test each headphone what you like, because many people have different characteristic of music.
